What is Prepaid Internet?
Prepaid internet is a convenient way to get business Internet without a credit check, deposit or term contract. It gives you the flexibility to pay as you go and to enjoy symmetric fiber Internet service. Services are paid in advance, so you won’t get a bill with surprise charges.
How do I cancel my Prepaid service?
You may call to discontinue services, and your account will be closed at your request. Or, if you don't pay for another month or don't have an automatic renewal, then your account will be closed and services will be disconnected.
What is a wholesale Verizon reseller?
A wholesale Verizon reseller is a company that legally resells Verizon’s fiber internet services under its own brand. We purchase wholesale access to Verizon’s infrastructure and offer it to you with our own pricing, terms, and support.
Can I get a refund if I cancel before my prepaid month expires?
If you decide to cancel services after they are activated, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you cancel your order before any services are activated, then yes. Credit or debit card payments will be returned to those accounts.
Does my prepaid internet automatically renew?
Yes. Enrolling in Auto-Pay is a convenient way to be sure your service is renewed each month. However, if renewal fails, then your service will be suspended and can be restored by simply making payment plus a restoral fee.
How long does installation take?
Service can usually be installed and activated within 1–3 business days of purchase. If not, installation typically happens within 5–7 business days, depending on technician availability.
Who installs the service - you or Verizon?
A Verizon technician handles all physical installations. Once an order is placed, MassLocal will text you updates on when a technician has been dispatched for your installation appointment.
What do I do if my service isn't working?
First, check to ensure that you have renewed your monthly service by making payment by the due date. You can check your account status online. If you prepaid for the current time period and your service is not working, please contact our repair team at 617-291-8984.
What payment methods are acceptable?
Most major credit and debit cards, Visa or Mastercard prepaid cards and electronic checks are accepted.
How is buying from you different than buying directly from Verizon?
We offer the same high-speed Verizon fiber network, but with simpler terms: prepaid, no contracts, no credit checks. And, users can stop or pause service at any time without incurring early termination fees or navigating complex cancellation policies.

Fiber to the Internet (FTTI) is a high-speed, fiber-based data transport service to enable Internet access. It includes the IP assignment, and transport of customers’ end-user data traffic from a Verizon-installed Optical Network Terminal (“ONT”) at the end user’s premises to the Internet.

FTTI is a high-speed, fiber-based data service that enables Internet-only access for business end users of wholesale customers. Provisioning of the service includes shared fiber optic facilities, IP assignment and transport of the wholesale customer’s end-user data traffic from the end user’s premise to the public Internet. Performance levels, including transmission rate, throughput, and packet loss are highly reliable, but are not guaranteed.

FTTI is provisioned on a 100% fiber optic network to the premise infrastructure.
